Properly tracking lead capture and conversions from Social Campaigns is a must have to measuring ROI. One of the first steps to doing this includes embedding a tracking script anywhere there is a web form. This should be done at the point of setup. See here for easy instructions by Oktopost.

Sugar Market Asset Library and Landing Pages accessible at the point of campaign creation inside of Oktopost
To streamline campaign creation and publishing, a direct link to Sugar Market’s Asset Library and Landing Page Directory will be available inside of the Oktopost Platform.
To create a campaign from a Sugar Market landing page, simply select it by name at the point of campaign creation.
To use a Sugar Market Asset in your campaign, when creating your social message, click on the Salesufsion logo to select your asset.

As a part of the Oktopost, users with the Oktopost add-on can see when their lead or contact has clicked on a social campaign inside the Buyer’s Journey. With easy to recognize icons displaying the social channel, campaign and post the lead/contact has clicked on, users can now better understand other campaign types that may influence the buyer.
Social Attribute Data Appended to the Lead/Contact Card
For all known leads/contacts who have clicked on a social campaign, Oktopost users can also view and favorite social attribute data on the lead/contact card for Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook. Social attribute fields include: screen name, public url, photo url, followers and following, with a direct link to their public profile.
