Troubleshooting a Blank Page When Running a Report


    If clicking on or attempting to run a report in Sugar produces a blank page, it may indicate a PHP incompatibility, timeout, or memory exhaustion.



    For on-site deployments, you should ensure that your PHP version is compatible with Sugar. For the list of supported PHP versions, check the Supported Platforms for your Sugar version. Also, check the memory_limit parameter in the php.ini file. If it is set to 32MB, increase it to at least 40MB and run the report again.


    You may be running into a PHP timeout, however, the PHP variables for instances hosted on Sugar’s cloud service are set at an optimized level and cannot be changed for a specific instance. If your instance is unable to complete a report, please file a case with Sugar Support to look into the cause of the issue
